This leading brand within the machinery and tool trade are looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator to their team in Watford.
The Role
Responsibilities would include:
* Handle enquiries received via telephone, fax, online and post
* Record all UK and Overseas complaints received onto internal system
liaise with suppliers and other departments to ensure issues and complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently
* process all returns and faulty products on a daily basis
* arrange collections of faulty products where required
* process repairs
* assist the Technical Department with answering telephone calls, correspondence, online support, social media and email queries
* advise end-users, stockists and staff about the correct use and application of products
* assist the Sales Office Team with the processing of sales orders if required
This role is office based. Working hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday- Fridays
