# OI Better For You Science Manager###### Share this job opportunityThe role of Better For You Science Manager is aimed to drive open innovation initiatives across the APAC region and is focused on identifying, developing, and accelerating **nutrition, health, and wellness‐driven innovations**, in close collaboration with internal teams and a broad external ecosystem. The position plays a key role in shaping Ferrero’s **Better For You innovation strategy**, translating scientific insights into scalable innovation opportunities that support long‐term business objectives and evolving consumer health needs across the Region.* Master’s degree or PhD in Nutrition, Food Science, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
