We’re looking for proactive and technically skilled Desktop IT & Network Support Engineers/Technicians for Full Time and Freelance/contract-based onsite tasks in your area. Tasks are dispatched based on your availability—weekday or weekend—and compensation is on an hourly, half-day, or full-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows).
Basic server hardware installation & replacement (e.g., HDDs).
Onsite hands & feet support for network devices – console access to Router/Switch/Firewall.
Windows OS, MS Office/O365, and Active Directory support.
IP telephony & video conferencing support.
Basic networking tasks: DHCP/DNS/IP configs, patching, cabling, rack & stack.
Use of tools like PuTTY, Fluke, Light Power Meter, etc.
Required Skills:
Strong desktop/system admin & customer service skills.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Ethernet, LAN/WLAN config, subnetting).
Hands-on with Microsoft technologies, Exchange accounts, and calendaring tools.
Basic CUCM user configuration and troubleshooting.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable communicator in English and local language.
