About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning and development. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your confidence in the classroom and explore a career in education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Apply your subject knowledge to support student progress
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a relevant degree (Education-related preferred but not essential)
* Has experience working with children or in a school setting (desirable)
* Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills
* Is proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to student success
* Has a DBS certificate or is willing to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
