Senior Team Leader (Cleaning) Ref: 152650 Location: Selby College Salary: £26,538 to £27,889 full time equivalent £17,931 to £18,843 actual salary Hours: 25 hours per week Weeks: 52 weeks per year We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Team Leader in Cleaning to join our friendly and supportive Estates team at the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene, creating a welcoming environment for all students, staff and visitors. You will be required to: Supervise and allocate duties to cleaning staff on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Monitor attendance, arrange cover when required, and ensure consistent service delivery Carry out regular audits to ensure high standards are maintained Manage cleaning supplies, maintaining accurate stock levels and placing orders as needed As a Senior Team Leader in Cleaning you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
