We are looking for a BIM Technician to join the team in our clients Swansea office which is located in a convenient location and includes free parking. This role is working across different sectors within Building Services Design. These include: Commercial, Education, Sports & Leisure, Healthcare, Residential, Aviation, Public, Arts, Heritage and Hotels.

Requirements:
5+ Years experience BIM modelling and coordination throughout various disciplines in the Building Services Design sector.
Experience automating modelling / model administration.
Understanding of improving design and delivery efficiency.
Experience producing 2D & 3D models across various sectors and project stages.
Experience using MagiCAD is desirable but not essential.
Experience using Navisworks, Revit & AutoCAD.
