We are looking for experienced specialist travel consultants to design holidays to Africa, Asia or Latin America.

Must-have Experience & Skills:
· Previous experience of working in tailor-made travel as a travel consultant
· Experience of pulling together complex holiday itineraries
· Passion for travel and exploring new destinations
· Literate & numerate with a high level of attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
· Excellent organisation skills to self-manage & prioritise your workload & ensure fantastic client service
· Positive can-do attitude
Preferred Experience & Skills:
· Strong geographical knowledge – cities, airports, key landmarks, destinations, sights etc
· Proven sales or client service experience
· Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
Salary:
Basic salary plus uncapped commission.
Estimated OTE £40-55k for experienced consultants
Hours:
09h00 to 17h30 Mon to Fri. Or 08h00 to 16h30. Or 10h00 to 18h30. There is flexibility.
One Saturday every 6 weeks (with the following Friday as holiday).
Out Of Hours phone management required for 6 weeks of the year
Annual Leave:
25 days plus bank holidays.
Birthday off
Optional volunteering day off once per year
Additional days for longer-term employees
Usually another 10 days out of the office each year on a fam trip.
Location:
Modern office in central Shoreham-by-Sea (5 minutes to rail and bus links)
Hybrid working is an option. New employees would need to commit to spending at least 3 days per week in the office for the first 2 months. Therefore applicants should be within a one hour commute of the office.
