Due to natural expansion our client are seeking a Lead Generation Consultant; you’ll play a vital role in fuelling their growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and nurturing potential clients ensuring their sales pipeline is always thriving. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a proactive, target-driven environment and enjoys opening doors to new business opportunities.
Key Skills:
* Minimum 1-3 years experience in lead generation, sales development or business development position in a B2B environment
* Confident communicator with strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with outreach tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
* Comfortable with prospecting, handling objections and building rapport with senior decision-makers
* Target-driven and resilient, with a focus on quality as well as volume
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential clients within target markets
* Reach out to decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
* Work with the Marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and campaign activity
* Use CRM (HubSpot) to track lead activity, maintain accurate records and manage workflows
* Create tailored outreach messages and sequences that engage prospects across multiple channels
* Collaborate with Sales to understand target accounts, refine messaging, and improve conversion rates
