Key Responsibilities For This Sales And Customer Service Role
* To attend initial training in the office and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and a good customer experience
* To learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed
* To speak with members of the public within face to face environments with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of you client
* To provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them
Requirements
* Customer facing experience ideal, but not needed to be successful, no experience required
* Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development session to improve sales ability
* Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in Colchester
* Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
