What You'll Do:
As our Receptionist, you will be the heartbeat of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism
2. Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
3. Managing emails and correspondence with a keen eye for detail
4. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
5. Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
