Tradewind is currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school, providing essential in-class support to a KS3 girl who requires additional help with her learning as well as personal care support throughout the school day. About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to provide tailored support to a KS3 student with additional needs. This includes helping her access the curriculum, promoting independence, and offering personal care where required.
