Occupational Health Manager
Our leading in‑house client in Cumbria is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Manager, to work on a full‑time, permanent basis, within their friendly and supportive team.
The Role
* Full‑time, 3 days on site, 2 days remote
* 1 day per week Case Management
* 4 days strategic /management led work
* Ownership of the Occupational Health, & Wellbeing service
* Manage a clinical & non clinical OH team
* Maintain relationships with external providers
* Lead progress towards SEQOHS
Essential
* NMC Registered Nurse
* A minimum of three years' post‑registration experience
* OH Qualification
* OH Experience in a Senior / Lead position
