CTRG are recruiting for a Recruitment On-Site Coordinator to join our internal on a contract role, supporting with the on-site coordination of one of our key clients in Bedford, MK42.
The coordinator acts as the main point of contact, supervising staff, ensuring safety and legal compliance, and managing day-to-day operations to meet client needs and key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
?Checking in staff at start of shift
Absence management
Coordinating with client supervisors
Drive and monitor performance
Stock management
Rota management including booking and planning of staff
Managing and contributing to client goals, such as productivity, production, and quality.
Coordinating recruitment activities like open days and assessment days.
Qualifications and skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation and leadership abilities.
A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional.
Flexibility, as the role may require working extended or unsociable hours during peak periods.
An understanding of the recruitment and site operations they are managing.
Rate of Pay
£13.50 per hour, paid weekly.
This role is an immediate start.
