Current hours: 7:00–15:00 Mon–Thu; 7:00–13:00 Fri. This role will initial start on these hours until a second shift is introduced (3:00 PM–11:00 PM). This expansion is expected to happen within 1–2 years and any adjustments will be communicated in advance. The late shift will also include an additional shift allowance.

Job Role:
We are seeking detail-oriented reliable individuals to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating ID and OD micro weld machines, as well as assembling small parts or products according to detailed specifications or SOP's (Standard operating instruction).
The role requires you to inspect parts for defects such as tooling damage, machine breakdowns, and substandard product quality, complete job sheets accurately, take full ownership of inspecting all piece parts produced, and perform final product quality checks using an eye loupe, microscope or mass spectrometer.
The ideal candidate should have clear communication skills, essential for effectively reporting any production issues to team members and supervisors.
Be comfortable working independently and making decisions without supervision, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Good hand dexterity is beneficial, and while previous experience with assembly machinery and basic hand tools is an advantage, it is not essential, as full in-house training will be provided.
Flexibility is key, as you may be asked to carry out other reasonable tasks as required.
