Gas Engineer Supervisor (Off the Tools) ?? Rochester ?? £45,000 + Benefits + Bonus
We are working with a small, well-established heating contractor based in Rochester who are looking to bring on an experienced Gas Engineer Supervisor to oversee their growing team.
This is a fully off-the-tools role, ideal for a senior engineer looking to step into management or someone already supervising a team who wants a more hands-on leadership position within a close-knit business.
?? The Role:
* Managing a team of 5 Gas Engineers on a day-to-day basis
* Carrying out quality control checks on completed works
* Supporting engineers with technical queries and problem solving
* Monitoring performance, productivity, and job completion
* Ensuring all works are compliant with Gas Safe regulations
* Liaising with clients and maintaining strong working relationships
* Assisting with scheduling and workload coordination where required
? Requirements:
* ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CPA1)
* Strong background in service, repair and install within domestic gas
* Previous supervisory or senior engineer experience preferred
* Excellent technical knowledge and fault-finding ability
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence
