An exciting opportunity has arisen for aSales Administratorto join our Retail Administration team based at Greenhous Telford, Trench Lock.
The successful candidate will be providing Administration support to our New and Used Retail sites.
Salary:Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).
Hours:Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm i.e. 37.5hrs per week, with 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate Sales invoices within the Dealer Management System in line with scheduled delivery dates.
* Registration of warranties and preparation of handover documentation ready for delivery to the customer.
* Creation of stock records within the Dealer Management System ensuring accuracy for web advertising purposes.
* Cleanse and complete files for delivered orders.
* Maintain sales prices of retail used stock.
* New vehicle ordering and registrations where necessary.
* Maintain and update internal reports for performance data analysis.
* Additional duties in line with the role of Sales Administration.
