HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping. The role requires technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and ideally some IT skills. As a Maintenance Operative, you will ensure that residents live in a proactively inspected and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities include carrying out audits, updating records, and performing maintenance tasks such as replacing taps, fitting extractor fans, repairing windows, or decorating. Communication with residents and colleagues should always be considerate and kind.
