Your role
We are looking for a Solution Architect with working experience in Teamcenter to work in the defense sector
In this role you will play a key role in:
1. Design, propose and implement an end-to-end Teamcenter solution based on a customer’s business and technical requirements.
2. Author and present design documents for Teamcenter based implementations.
3. Supporting internal and customer application teams in Teamcenter upgrades.
4. Supporting application teams in migration of Teamcenter client installations from RAC to Active workspace.
5. Participate and contribute as a valued team member in IT Software projects using the Teamcenter platform.
6. Supporting project teams by sharing expertise on how to configure/customise Teamcenter efficiently
7. Identifying and proposing optimisations of existing Teamcenter customisation
8. Ability to understand and teach design & quality standards for Teamcenter customisation whilst ensuring data governance and industry compliance, subject to a customer’s exacting requirements.
Your profile
9. Minimum of 10 years’ experience preferred working with Teamcenter.
10. Technical knowledge in Teamcenter UA Products such as Engineering Data Management, BOM Management Workflow, BOM Management, Change Management, Active workspace configuration and Customisation, Teamcenter architecture and Data Model configuration.
11. Knowledge of other Teamcenter capabilities such as Quality Management, Easyplan, Shop Floor Connect, would also be of benefit.
12. Skills in mapping business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter framework.
13. Teamcenter solution designing for both customer on-premises and cloud installations.
14. Knowledge and experience of integration with third party applications such as SAP S/4Hana, CAD and MCAD Tools.
15. Experience in installing, configuring 2-Tier & 4-Tier clients, file management server, dispatcher server with CAD integrations.
16. Declarative UI configuration (Active Workspace) and Customisation.
17. C/C++ programming language and TC server side (ITK & customisation)
18. Good knowledge of web technologies e.g., XSLT, HTML, Java script, JSON, Teamcenter ITK, SOA programming, Web methods & webservice architecture.
19. Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile and build to run.
