1. On Specialist register in EM or within 6 months of CCT
2. Full GMC Registration and License to Practice at the time of appointment
3. ATLS/ETC, APLS, ALS provider status (or UK-recognised equivalent)
4. Level 3 adult and child protection training
5. FRCEM or equivalent

8. Wide Experience in ED, including a developed system/advanced model of EM
9. Ability to take full and independent responsibility for clinical care of all patients in an ED
