Registered Manager – Brand New Children's Home
Location: Doncaster (DN9 Area)
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Earn up to £55,800 with Ofsted & occupancy bonuses
Are you ready to take the next big step in your career and be at the forefront of something special? We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 4-bed EBD home (mixed genders) in the Doncaster DN9 area.
What’s in it for you?
* Base Salary: £48,000 per annum
* Performance Bonuses:
o Up to £7,800 extra per year through bonuses
o £3,000 Ofsted bonus for achieving an ‘Outstanding’ rating
o £400/month occupancy bonus
* On-Call Payments:
o £25 per weekday
o £35 per weekend day
* Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 statutory holidays

About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential setting
* A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s safeguarding
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
* A passion for creating a nurturing, safe, and high-quality environment for young people
