Finlay Jude Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading multi utilities contractor who are looking for an experienced Streetworks Coordinator to join their team. This is a key role ensuring all notices, permits and street works activities are raised, managed and closed accurately across multi utility projects. You will work closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure compliance, smooth delivery and excellent communication across all schemes. Streetworks Coordinator roles and responsibilities: Safety & Compliance • Produce clear, accurate information for gang work packs • Ensure permits are live, extended when required and closed on completion • Investigate FPNs and support mitigation plans Customer & Delivery • Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder updates • Manage enquiries and complaints promptly • Plan and coordinate all aspects of each scheme • Full responsibility for noticing through Symology and Section 50 • Update permits regularly and identify issues early • Work with Delivery Managers to ensure adequate resources Quality & Administration • Manage paperwork and submit completions on time • Create work packs and handover files to company standards • Coordinate opening notices and Section 50 applications • Monitor live notices to avoid overruns and FPNs • Manage defects and ensure prompt close out Who are we looking for? Experience & Qualifications • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the utilities industry • Minimum 3 years in an administrative, planning or coordination role Skills & Knowledge • Strong understanding of the utilities sector • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills • Ability to compare works against contract drawings • Strong problem solving and relationship building skills Personal Qualities • Strong commitment to safety • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Flexible, proactive and motivated • Professional, reliable and team oriented • Committed to continuous improvement Interested?
