What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce
* Experience: Work with children in residential care or similar settings, and navigate challenging behaviours competently
* Passion: Bring energy, resilience, and a can‑do attitude that inspires others
