Job Description:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Large Format Print Finisher/ Production Assistant to join our team. Youll be working on our print production efforts, delivering to our customers our core values of quality, service and speed.
With same-day turnaround available for many of our customers, the nature of our work is very fast-paced. Well provide full training on our print and finishing equipment, but previous experience in large format print production is essential. Youll have a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail to ensure every product is produced to our highest standards, even when working to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Print finishing
* Laminating
* Large format printing
* Operating large-format equipment, specifically Zund cutting
Essential Knowledge:
* Large format print production background
* Experience of Zund cutting machine operation
* Good standard of numeracy and literacy, including written and spoken English.
Desirable:
* Manufacturing experience plastics/ metal/ woodwork
* CNC experience (Elitron)
* Reading and interpretation of technical drawings
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Experienced user of machinery including routers, drills, handtools
