We're looking for a strategic and hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to drive engagement, generate qualified leads, and grow subscriptions for our SaaS products.

You'll be responsible for the entire marketing funnel, from audience targeting and lead capture through to nurturing and conversion, using HubSpot and ZoomInfo to execute data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable growth.

This role suits someone who has owned the B2B marketing process before, knows how to build scalable lead engines, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where experimentation and results matter.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the full B2B marketing funnel from strategy to execution, managing all stages from MQL to SQL to revenue.
* Use ZoomInfo and HubSpot to build targeted lists, segment audiences, automate campaigns, and measure success.
* Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, and content.
* Create high-performing lead magnets such as reports, webinars, guides, and gated assets to capture and nurture prospects.
* Build and optimize HubSpot workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, and automated follow-up sequences.
* Collaborate closely with Sales to align on pipeline goals, lead quality, and handover processes.
* Drive brand awareness and engagement through thought leadership, case studies, and industry content.
* Own reporting and performance analytics, continuously improving campaign ROI and cost per lead.
* Manage budgets and external partners to scale campaigns efficiently.

Skills & Experience

* 4+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
* Proven experience owning the full B2B marketing process from strategy through execution.
* Essential: Advanced knowledge of HubSpot (automation, CRM, reporting, workflows).
* Essential: Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo for prospect sourcing, enrichment, and audience segmentation.
* Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel optimisation, and marketing automation.
* Experience managing paid social (LinkedIn Ads) and Google Ads campaigns.
* Data-driven and commercially minded, with a focus on growth and measurable outcomes.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
