Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
* Develop innovative menus that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Maintain high standards of hospitality by fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Experience
* Proven experience in a Head Chef or similar role within the restaurant industry.
* Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Demonstrated ability in team management, with experience supervising kitchen staff effectively.
* In-depth understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
