Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Process Improvement Consultant located in Middlesbrough. The Junior Process Improvement Consultant will be responsible for analysing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with team members, gathering and analysing data, developing and presenting improvement plans, and supporting the implementation of process improvements to deliver measurable impact.
Qualifications

* Analytical and Business Process skills
* Consulting experience
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work on-site in Middlesbrough
* Experience in Lean Manufacturing is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
