Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused administrator with excellent organisational skills to join our Homeownership Services team at Newlon Housing Trust.
Responsibilities
* Carry out a variety of leasehold sales transactions
* Build and maintain relationships with external agencies including managing agents, solicitors, surveyors and lenders
* Participate in all sales activities and events as required
* Work independently, plan and organise workload, and act as a key member of the team
* Provide support to colleagues in this small but busy team
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven customer service experience in a busy working environment
* Excellent telephone and written communication skills
* Knowledge of property sales and housing legislation
* Strong administration and IT skills, with the ability to manage a large and varied workload
