About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our team starting September — with the possibility of an immediate start for the right candidate. This full-time role involves working with Nursery and Reception-aged children in schools across Birmingham and Solihull. Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with Early Years specialization
Proven experience in an Early Years classroom (Nursery or Reception preferred)
Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Passion for working with young children
Committed, nurturing, and aligned with school values
