Job Description
Managing a dispersed network of supported housing units across England and Northern Ireland, this pregnancy support charity provides housing and additional outreach services to women who find themselves pregnant, with a young child and homeless.
You will work with the Area Services Coordinator to ensure that services are consistently delivered in a trauma-informed manner, serve as the Safeguarding Department Representative, and monitor and assess staff training needs. You will ensure that housing management policies and practices are implemented efficiently. This will include income maximisation, licence and tenant management, void and arrears management, and oversight of proper referral procedures.

You must be fully aware of the regulatory and legal requirements that affect operational services, as well as ensure that all staff members within those services understand and carry out their respective obligations.
