You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, coordinating assessments, keeping activities on track, and ensuring an excellent service experience at every stage. Full Time, Hybrid opportunities after completion of probation period. Coordinator Responsibilities: Be the go-to contact for customers and external enquiries, delivering clear, helpful responses. Coordinate witness assessment visits, working closely with customers, Assessment Managers, and technical experts. Monitor activity, proactively managing due and overdue actions and escalating issues where needed. Support the accreditation cycle through efficient administration and accurate record-keeping. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent service and continuous operational cover.What you’ll bring A strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
