The What...
Joining as an Assistant Manager includes a comprehensive induction to prepare you across all areas of the centre, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.
In our dynamic environment, you will support the smooth operation of the business, bring fun and positivity to the team, and enhance the customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the team, managing front-of-house operations, and assisting the General Manager with achieving centre goals and financial targets.
You will ensure the highest standards of service and safety, creating a fun and secure environment for customers.
To Be Successful You Will Have
* Management experience, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or retail
* A passion for customer service
* Experience in inspiring and developing large teams
* Willingness to work nights and weekends
