Salary Grade F Points 14 to 19 (£29,540 to £32,061 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. Minimum actual pro rata salary for this role is £25,520.47.
Role Overview
Hull Trinity House Academy are looking to appoint a Reflections Manager to join our academy in June 2026 on a permanent, full‑time basis.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of senior staff, as the Reflections Manager you will co‑ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising their standards of behaviour for learning.
Benefits
* Holiday entitlement: minimum 35 days (subject to pro rata if working part‑time and dependent upon salary and continuous service) including statutory bank holidays.
