An award-winning, nationally known client of ours is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team in Stockport. This is a crucial hire for my client as the successful 1st Line Support Engineer will be involved in day-to-day user support across 8 sites within the company. Key Responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Engineer: 1st Line Support over multiple platforms System administration, maintenance and support across all business applications Network support, security and maintenance Out of hours support (following training period) Desirable Experience Required of the 1st Line Support Engineer: • MS SQL Server (scripting and administration) • Windows Server • Windows 10/11 • Microsoft Office 365 The successful 1st Line Support Engineer will be paid up to £28,000 per annum.
