Role overview
The Store Manager oversees daily operations, drives sales performance, manages a team of motivated employees, and ensures exceptional customer service to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
* Run all store operations, ensuring sales & KPI targets are met or exceeded, and continuously improve processes to drive store growth.
* Create and maintain colleague schedules to ensure proper coverage and productivity.
* Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a positive culture and increasing store success.
* Analyze sales data and financial reports to make quick, well‑informed operational and commercial decisions, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Implement visual merchandising techniques, ensuring attractive displays that align with brand guidelines.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to achieve a high NPS.
* Drive loyalty programs and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
* Maintain store compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, health & safety, and budget controls.
Skills and Experience
* Previous management experience in a fast‑paced, retail/customer‑facing environment.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑development skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with experience in analyzing reports and making commercial decisions.
* Attention to detail and commercial mindset; experience in visual merchandising is advantageous.
