Offer description

We are looking for a positive, hardworking and conscientious individual to join our fast growing team As a B2B Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial relationships, ensuring smooth communication between our business clients and internal teams. You will manage administrative processes, assist with client on boarding, book jobs in, and help drive efficiency within our B2B operations. You will also assist the admin team with our private sector operations and answering the phone.

Key Responsibilities on B2B side:

* Act as a point of contact for B2B clients, handling enquiries and providing professional support.
* Manage and maintain accurate client records and spreadsheets.
* Coordinate installation schedules, book jobs in and liaise with the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
* Update calendars with job details and parts.
* Track and follow up on client communications, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly.
* Liaise with fitters once jobs are completed to record and confirm what materials have been used and what work has been undertaken – log any differences on relevant spreadsheets.
* Support operations teams and directors with general administrative tasks.
* Produce regular reports on B2B activity and performance.
* Monitor all business WhatsApp Groups and ensure that all correct photos have been uploaded.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client dealings.

Other Responsibilities

Assisting the admin team with various duties including:

* Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls.

* Dealing with general enquiries.

* Managing the diary, arranging surveys and booking jobs in.

* Word processing, general filing and organising.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role (B2B or construction/installation industry experience desirable).
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
