An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Specialist Services Care Group, based at Ninewells Hospital. This exciting new CNS role in Neurosciences offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in improving experience and pathways of care for patients within the service. The post holder will be part of the core team and will respond to rapidly patients to provide timely care. This post holder will help ensure an MDT person centred approach to FND.
Responsibilities
Deliver high quality evidence-based and person-centred care to all patients within their remit.
Respond to patients promptly and ensure a multidisciplinary team (MDT) approach to FND that is person-centred.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant clinical experience and expert knowledge within Neurology.
Accredited clinical examination qualification is essential; non-medical prescriber qualification desirable or willingness to undertake.
Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
Experience of working effectively across professional boundaries.
Evidence of continual professional development within an appropriate clinical setting.
Registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register and educated at Degree Level.
Job Details
Hours of work: 18.75 hours per week.
