Overview:
Due to a significant increase in workload, Corrie Recruitment – an award-winning, family-run recruitment agency based in Inverness – is looking to appoint a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
* Learn and develop skills in all aspects of the recruitment process
* Build relationships with clients and candidates over the phone, via email, and in person
* Assist in matching candidates to vacancies
* Advertise job roles, review applications and carry out employment references
* Maintain accurate records on our recruitment database
* Provide excellent customer service and represent the Corrie Recruitment brand professionally
Requirements:
* Outgoing, friendly personality with a professional approach
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with people at all levels
* Literate and numerate, with good attention to detail
* A motivated, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous office, sales, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
