Due to sustained growth and a healthy pipeline of diverse projects, they are now looking to appoint an Associate:level Town Planner to help lead projects, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development.
The Role
As Associate Town Planner, you will:

Take ownership of a varied caseload including residential, strategic land, and mixed:use schemes
*
Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals
*
Work closely with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver planning solutions
*
Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
*
Support business development activities and build client relationships
About You
Were looking for a commercially aware and personable planning professional who can bring:

MRTPI qualification (or working towards)
*
5+ years experience in planning (consultancy or public sector)
*
Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and development management processes
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*
A proactive, solutions:driven mindset and a desire to contribute to a growing practice
