ANALYTICS MANAGER

£45,000–£55,000

HYBRID – LONDON (3 DAYS A WEEK)

THE COMPANY

This fast-paced digital agency works with some of the most exciting names in Hospitality, Travel, Food & Drink, and Entertainment. With a culture built around creativity, collaboration, and performance, they help brands convert digital attention into real-world results. You’ll join a friendly, vibrant office in Angel, complete with regular socials, snacks, and a strong sense of team.


THE ROLE

This is a lead role within the Performance team, owning the analytics function across a range of digital clients. You’ll work closely with specialists in SEO, paid media, CRO, and CRM to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.

You’ll manage tracking plans, set up GTM containers, and ensure analytics data is accurate and accessible across dashboards and platforms. You’ll also collaborate directly with clients, presenting insights and leading analytics discussions with confidence.

There’s one offshore analytics specialist reporting into this role, and you’ll have plenty of support from senior stakeholders – but this is your chance to take real ownership of analytics strategy and delivery.


DAY TO DAY

* Lead analytics for multiple digital clients
* GTM setup, tagging, and tracking implementation
* Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio)
* Manage analytics accounts, data accuracy, and reporting
* Analyse performance data and produce strategic insights
* Present insights to clients and internal teams
* Line manage one offshore analytics team member
* Collaborate across performance and creative teams


Rough split: 75% technical work / 25% client-facing


SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Must haves:

* Solid Google Tag Manager experience
* Proven track record in data analysis and reporting
* Experience managing dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio)
* Confident presenting data-driven insights to clients
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Nice to have:

* BigQuery experience (roughly 10% of the role)
* Prior experience leading analytics projects or managing people
* Understanding of paid media and digital marketing strategy
