We are looking for a commercially astute and inspirational Field Sales Manager (FSM) to lead a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs). This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and a passion for developing people and driving performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop the individual capabilities of the sales team to drive the execution of the defined area sales strategy. Provide direct line management to a team of TSMs, ensuring high performance and continuous development. Develop and implement a clear Market Strategy Plan (MSP) to guide regional sales efforts. Take ownership of high-value key accounts, including those outside your immediate geographical area. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders. Identify and develop new sales opportunities to gain a competitive edge. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams. Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A track record of managing key accounts and delivering results. Ambition and potential to grow into a senior leadership role Key Account Management Drive the delivery of high quality TSM Customer Management Plans (CMPs) for existing and potential new customers that achieve mutual business objectives Take ownership of larger value key accounts which may extend beyond their geographical boundary.
