We're hiring a detail-driven administrator to keep our client operations running smoothly at Cullen Wealth, part of the Mattioli Woods Group. This isn't a back-office role where you disappear into paperwork. You'll be front and centre – handling transfers, withdrawals, fund switches, ISAs, pensions, and protection cases, while being a key point of contact for clients and consultants alike. What you'll be doing: managing a busy workload of financial transactions end to end answering client and consultant queries by phone and email maintaining accurate records and keeping cases moving working across third-party provider platforms with confidence What we’re looking for: at least one year’s experience in an IFA practice or with a financial services provider a solid grasp of pension and investment products exceptional organisation and an eye for detail a calm, professional phone manner Intelligent Office (IO) experience is a bonus Why join us?
