* Providing clear, actionable feedback and reports to design teams from concept to completion.
* Collaborating with Design and Production teams to ensure structural integrity, performance, and safety.
* Conducting peer reviews and contributing to the improvement of structural methodologies.
* Supporting issue resolution during testing, manufacturing, and development phases.
* Researching new materials, processes, and tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
* Participating in project planning, tracking, and reporting, supporting compliance and IP efforts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Motorsport Engineering, or similar.
* Experience in Formula 1, elite motorsport, or advanced engineering sectors.
* Proficiency in FEA, ideally using Altair Hypermesh; Python skills are desirable.
* Ability to deliver results in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
* Effective communication skills and a proactive, professional approach.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety and regulatory compliance.
* Some travel may be required; flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence are essential.
