We are currently looking to grow our dedicated team of Clinical Support Workers to work at our amazing location, Whitwell Park based in Worksop, S80 4TP.

Pay: £12.35 an hour

The location:

Whitwell Park is a residential nursing service located in Whitwell. It is a large property on an attractive street and within easy walking distance of public transport to access many local amenities.

About the role

Our Support Workers are enthusiastic about providing a high-quality and bespoke service to each of our clients, always putting those in our care at the heart of what we do. To ensure we can achieve this, our shift patterns include evenings, weekends, and some unsociable hours.

To succeed in this position, you will need great communication and interpersonal skills so that you can form solid relationships with your clients and effectively handover information to colleagues.

Working as a Support Worker means no two days are the same as you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too.

Our ideal support worker will be:

* Reliable, friendly and caring to help service users
* Able to support in house activities and hobbies
* Attentive and inspire residents to achieve more

Whilst drivers are able to take residents out and about, you do not need to be a driver to work here – we have many non-drivers too

This role encompasses a range of tasks dependent on the client's needs including:

* Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
* Light household chores
* Assistance with mobility and personal care
* Assistance with shopping
* Food preparation
* Providing companionship
