Your Role
As the face of Komplex Group for new talent, you’ll play a key role in shaping first impressions and building lasting connections. Communication is everything, you’ll engage candidates with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Your Responsibilities Include
* Complete pre-employment checks to ensure compliance before start dates.
* Coordinate inductions and PRICE training for new starters.
* Carry out vetting checks (DBS, Right to Work, references, qualifications).
* Maintain secure and compliant personnel records in line with GDPR.
* Monitor staff compliance (training, DBS renewals, Right to Work, licences, NMC pins).
* Liaise with candidates, managers and teams to support onboarding.
* Prepare and issue contracts, onboarding packs and HR documentation.
* Ensure personnel files are audit-ready and meet regulatory standards.
* Chase outstanding documentation and elevate risks where needed.
* Provide general HR and compliance administrative support.

* Business Admin Level 2 (or working towards it)
