Job Description:
The Commissioning (Cx) Owner’s Representative will support the Design & Construction and the EHSQ team’s mission to deliver data centre space. ORs will work with onsite PM, Operations POC, and General Contractor teams at construction sites to implement the Cx Program in alignment with new initiatives. The ORs will actively manage the Cx Program on site, supporting PMs and Operations with quality leadership.
Support the site PM in the successful delivery of the project by ensuring compliance with the Cx program at different stage gates and key project milestones.
Manage the CxA and ensure that the CxA deliverables are completed on time and correctly.
Act as an on-site reference point for the CxA and the GC Cx Managers (technical and process).
Coordinate the transition between different project stages, advising the GC on equipment delivery sequences to meet turnover requirements.
Coordinate deferred Cx testing and assist with Cx-related warranty items.
Monitor Cx progress and achievement (checklist completion, issue management, NCR status) to ensure key milestones are met.
