About the Role – Senior Product Manager in Elsevier’s Publishing Product Management Integrity team, responsible for owning the integrity profile capability that supports detection and prevention of ethics and integrity issues in submitted manuscripts. You will collaborate with a cross‑functional squad—including engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and subject matter experts—to shape products that enhance research quality and trust.
Responsibilities
* Define and drive the multi‑year product strategy for integrity profiles.
* Deeply understand researcher workflows, editorial processes, and user needs to identify opportunities for impactful solutions.
* Drive measurable impact, including reduction in integrity‑related incidents and increased trust in published content.
* Influence stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities and drive adoption.
* Develop and validate hypotheses through iterative testing, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.
* Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement.
* Advocate for user needs and foster stakeholder engagement across teams and leadership.
Requirements
* 7–8 years of demonstrated ownership of a complex product area with measurable business impact.
* Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex problems into innovative solutions.
* Experience operating in ambiguous problem spaces and defining structure.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
* Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for understanding and solving user challenges.
* Analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success.
* Passion for upholding research integrity and advancing the quality of scholarly publishing.
* Experience working in regulated, trust‑based or risk‑sensitive domains is a strong plus.
