The Role
You will be one of the steady, trusted adults that children come back to time and time again - what a privilege The one who notices the small moments, supporting big feelings and someone who understands that play IS learning
You will work with warmth, confidence and a strong belief in children, relationships and reflective practice - while being trusted to do your job.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring individual learning plans are implemented effectively.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that promotes positive behaviour and social skills.
* Support children's emotional well-being and encourage independence through personalised care routines.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support children's holistic development.
* Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, development milestones, and daily activities.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including safeguarding policies.
* Lead by example in demonstrating management and leadership skills within the team.

* Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
