The Role
As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Manage and grow a HOT desk with existing client relationships
* Place high-value permanent roles (salaries £70K -150K+)
* Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and best practices
* Work with a collaborative, performance-driven team in a start-up environment with big growth plans
About You
We are looking for ambitious, humble recruiters who can hit the ground running.
You will have:
* 1–3 years’ experience in 360° permanent recruitment experience. Working on senior roles in a consultative manner. Open to sector background.
* A strong track record of billing and relationship management
* A collaborative approach with a proactive mindset
* A desire to grow into leadership as the business scales
