Chef de Partie - Gamecock Barracks (ESS - Compass Group) Location: Gamecock Barracks Salary: £15.55 per hour ⏰ Hours: 35 hours per week Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7, 2-week rota (1 weekend in 2) About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our friendly team at Gamecock Barracks, part of the ESS - Compass Group. You’ll play an important role in preparing and serving quality meals for around 200 Service Personnel across three sites within the barracks. ️ Working within a team of 10, you’ll support all aspects of daily kitchen operations to deliver a high standard of service for breakfast, lunch, and evening meals.
