We are currently recruiting for multiple Technical Customer Support Advisors to join our growing Newcastle team. The Role Working within an inbound contact centre environment, you will support customers with a range of technical and account-related queries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will also handle customer complaints, provide updates on ongoing cases, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality technical customer support via inbound calls and customer enquiries Handle customer complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner Provide clear and accurate guidance across multiple communication channels Make outbound calls where required to provide updates or resolve issues Maintain accurate and detailed customer records Escalate complex technical issues to relevant internal and external teams Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Ideally at least 1 year’s experience within a customer service environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering great service Strong listening skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively What’s In It For You?
